This dish is so good and delicious, prepared differently from one person to another, but it’s still delicious.

So I told you I was watching the video and I had only one desire, to put my hand in the screen to take a bite, how delicious are these pieces of roast chicken (mhamer).

And I imagine the taste of candied lemon, but too bad the only terracotta tagine I have, I can’t use it on my hot plate, but I was looking for a way to make the recipe differently.

A few days later I received this little album from my friend Lunetoiles who also saw the same video, and who made this gourmet recipe and here I can share it with you today.

How to prepare this Moroccan chicken mhamer?

The quantities of the ingredients are at the bottom of the recipe card.

Prepare the marinade:

– Chop the onion and garlic together, and place in a large bowl or dish

– Add the chopped fresh ginger, the chopped fresh coriander,
